1. Refund Policy Overview

At W3axis (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., we provide IT services, SaaS solutions, and digital products with a strong focus on quality and client satisfaction. Due to the nature of our services and digital offerings, all sales are considered final, subject to the exceptions outlined in this policy.

2. Scope of This Policy

This refund policy applies to all services and products offered by W3axis (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., including but not limited to:

Web development services

Software and application development

Digital marketing services

SaaS solutions

Digital products and downloadable items

3. Refund Eligibility
A. Services

If a service has not been initiated, the client may request cancellation within 48 hours of payment.

Approved refunds will be processed after internal review and may be subject to payment gateway and processing fees.

No refunds will be provided once the service has started or any work has been delivered.

B. Digital Products

Digital products are non-refundable once delivered.

A refund may only be considered if the client provides valid proof that the digital product was not delivered.

C. Exceptional Cases

Any refund outside the above conditions is granted solely at the discretion of W3axis (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. after review.

D. For physical goods, we have 7 day return policy.

There is no exchange and there is no replacement.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of approval.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used.

5. Cancellation of Services

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 48 hours of payment and before service initiation.

This cancellation policy does not apply to digital products.

6. Dispute Resolution

If a client is dissatisfied with our services, we encourage them to contact our support team. We aim to resolve concerns professionally through clarification, revisions, or alternative solutions wherever feasible.

7. Amendments to This Policy

W3axis (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

9. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with this policy, our services, or products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Panipat, Haryana, India.
