Google Bard Chatgpt Alternative Launched
On Feb 6, Sundar Pichai, CEO of Google and Alphabet launched Google BARD, he wrote in his blog available here, that they have launched GOOGLE BARD for some trusted users now
What is Google Bard?
It is a lightweight version of experimental conversational AI Service powered by LAMBDA( Language Model for Dialogue Applications).
It is similar to CHATGPT in working.
What is LAMDA?
Full form of LaMBDA is Language Model for Dialogue Applications. Launched in 2021 , it has conversational skills. It is built on Transformer, a neural network architecture that Google Research invented and open-sourced in 2017.
Is Google BARD publicly available?
No, Not Now, as per google , it will be available in coming weeks , currently it is available to some so called trusted users.
It will be available like CHATGPT or as feature of google search , we will come to know in coming weeks.
Google was working on this since many years but it has to launch now because of success of Chat GPT and Microsoft investing and integrating it into BING search engine.
Is there any error in BARD?
As it is Language Model which keeps learning from the data fed. So there are always chances that result may come wrong. Similar thing happened.
Bard’s error was discovered just before the presentation by Google, based in Mountain View, California.
It led to huge downfall in stock prices of Google.
